Game wont start anymore :(

I Installed new video card today from a nvida 9400gs to a 260 gtx and everythinks fine and dandy with all my games apart from Kings bounty

.

When i run the game it opens up a black box like its gonna run then it stops and thats it doesnt work.

Anyone have any ideas? Ive just installed the latest drivers and still nothing.
