Click on сюда in bold. Then click on any of those links which appear in the new window. Wait until the timer at the top stops. A new window will open. Write down the numbers and click Потвердить. Then in the new window click "Скачать" and your download begins.

I'm not sure if these clips are the same video as above, but the quality is better if you download them rather than watch on that Russian youtube thing.

Enter the numbers and click on the green "Скачать". Also uncheck the box where it says Установить Яндекс.Бар. That means install yandex toolbar. I'm sure you dont want that.
