No ground

I've been playing for the last 3 days with absolutely no bugs up until now. Whenever I load any of my saves, the ground is black. All items, characters, and such are still present but the terrain itself if non-existent. I've tried going to different areas, loading various saves, restarting my computer, and messing with any and all video settings to no effect.

I've tried running about 10 other games I have installed to see if there's any video issues and none exist.

Anyone have any ideas?
