Simple... both abolished freedom, both raised the collective, both raised the race / class above others, both defined themselves as socialists, Hitler was in the the social democratic party before, both hated liberals and the bourgeoisie. Both strangled free market economy. The only difference was the race vs class thing. The NSDAP was a worker's class party. A NationalSocialist one! The minions in the SA shifted from KPD to NSDAP and back. Cause both parties were sibling - hating siblings, of course.
