Onslaught lv3 with only 1 orc troop bug

I made "onslaught" to level 3 and I only had one orc troop (orc veteran) with Olaf.

In the beginning of the battle, orc veteran is given 30 adrenaline and have adrenaline level to 3. But strangely, two other skills for him will not be available forever. I tried other orc troops(also made it the only orc troop), and it had the same problem.

Is there any quick fix to it? I like orc veteran's rage potion
ps: It's ice and fire.
