Can't assign rudder

Hey guys,

I'm just coming back to Cliffs of Dover after a long absence and I'm having a frustrating problem. Specifically, I can't assign my Saitek Pro Combat Rudder pedals in the options menu. I can assign axes from my Warthog's joystick and throttle and even my Xbox controller, but moving the Saitek pedals or pressing down on the brakes doesn't register.

I don't seem to have this problem with any of my other sims and I've tried unplugging the Xbox controller in case there were just too many available inputs, but no luck.

Does anyone have any ideas about how to fix this?
