Yeh it's The Legend obviously. I was checking its stats on Gamebanshee and it stated it had 2 speed. Also even though it's not written in the training skill, it would seen smashing blow also works with guardsmen somehow.
And yeh, that's the stats shown too in the footman2.atom.

But later in game if you have high enough crit% almost every attack from unit will make 150% dmg and smashing blow become useless.

Wait, special skills can't crit?
