Performance problems

Hi people i did some research on Men of war assalut squad performance tweaks but my FPS is still low abourt 10 in big battle my CPU has 4 cores nad since there isn't multicore suport i wont say anything. I saw a video where guy has insane drop in preformance after instaling new patch and its like this with me also When i try multiplayer game i cant play so good because of FPS drops in original MOW i didnt have this problem and it seems like others outmicro me because i cant react so fast. Is there any pro tip i missed to incrase my fps if you can help ill be glad. Thanks from Czech republic
