What are the 100 octane skin folders named?

Hi there.
Does anyone know what the names of the 100 octane Spitfire and Hurricane skin folders should be?
I have a feeling I need to add the folders myself in order to put skins in them, (they are missing in my install) but what should they be named?

Any help is better then none.
