Stop dreaming guys.

Oleg is so happy to model each screw in detail, each fastener, eachs structural element, the material behaviour of aluminum under the impact of a 20mm explosive cannon bullet as well as the oil viscosity in the landing struts, and the dynamic behaviour of a panzer suspension on a muddy road with some stones here and there, as well as writing the fluid dynamic equations to simulate the motion of rain drops on the wings according to aircraft speed and altitude pressure and dewpoint, that I am not so sure he is willing to stop. As long as you can afford financially to continue why stop.
Every year the hardware improves so the soft must be reviewed to use all the bells and whistles and it is a never ending story.
The pursuit of perfection is a noble task.
I am sure when SOW will come out one day it will be perfect.
It will run on 1000 core machine in native ray-traced mode at 200 FPS on a 100'' screen in 3D.
By then I will be probably not of this world or so old that handling a joystick or just concentrating long enough to look at a screen will be a daunting task. But thank's god my kids will be able to play it.
I am 49 so you can imagine what is my point of view.
R
endez-vous for SoW in June 2040. It is a perfect date. The game will come out for the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Britain. WOW!!
See you by then dear friends!
