IL2 1946 and second monitor?

I have been setting up a dedicated system for flight sim games. Part of the setup is a second touchscreen monitor. I have Falcon BMS and Helios working well with the setup and was wondering if there is any chance to get IL2 1946 to use the second monitor for gauges (and maybe button input). I have done some searching but have not seen a clear answer.

Does anyone have a setup they use with IL2 1946 using a separate monitor for gauges and maybe button input?
