You're going to get a nehalem then? even tough the clockspeeds are so slow? the fastest one is 3.2 GHz right? the E8400 can do at least 3.6 ...the benefit of a quadcore CPU will probably not be noticable for another 2-3 years...
I'm looking to but a new rig soon and i see no reason for quadcore, i'm going for an E8400 3.6-4Ghz on one core for just one game must be good enough...most games can only use one core so the fastest and most expensive nehalem will be 400-800mhz slower than the E8400. Or am i missing something?...
