50 archers

Hi guys, I'm trying to do that quest where you have to bring the guy 50 pirates, 50 robbers and 50 archers. I have over 1800 leadership, but can only hire up to a maximum of 37 archers. Do you guys know what leadership I need to get to 50? Thanks in advance.
