Default Ranked games and Score

Hello everybody something very odd happened to me today. I had 23 games ranked games played with 21 wins and about 432 points with 1 early exit. I joined a 1v1 ranked game with a player, the name of which i am very pissed i can't remember or have anyway to look up, who after realizing he was losing terribly did some kind of thing with the game, i dropped for no apparent reason right after his crucial unit died. I first tried to check if my internet dropped for a few seconds and that was not the case(and would have been a very odd coincidence) so i assumed that the guy just went for a rage-quit. Returning to the lobby i found out that there was something more sinister at play, i got an Game error (cd3) and after looking at my stats i was amazed to see i now have only 385 points with 2 early exits and the game registered what happened as me early exiting. My question are these: Has anyone had this happen to them ? Can i find out the name of the player so i can block him ? Is there anyway to punish this ? And how the hell can such a thing happen in a game where if you don't have enough points you can't play with some people because of the balance restriction.
PS. I love the game.
