One of the best mods, was the possibility to rearrange vehicle columns, and adjust ground object values to keep ground combat historical representations, without loosing balance. More so, the possibility to rearrange columns so to provide tanks with AA, or bigger trains with more AA, and customized columns of tanks and vehicles.

Normaly this has to be redistributed as a MOD between players, but actually it will be far better for it to be a server controled modification, to ease the need of changing files, and to avoid enabling hacks.

This is quite usefull when trying to automate campaigns, because it allows you to use bigger columns, avoiding the need to control more variables.

This is not a request for 4.12, I'am just asking for it's fissibility under TD's developement conditions.
