Is a GTX 590 a lower than recommended card?

I got lousy medium or low texture settings even when options are set to original. But only on the 109. The 110 and Hurri seemed alright. Any ideas? Anyone else getting original textures on 109. If so please post screenshot of wing. Here's mine set to original but only delivering medium
