Max ping kick

Please set up a way to set MAX PING on a server.

We would like to run ours at no higher then 200.

Also server side trees and building amounts even tho it might create a higher end user crowd. Getting tired of wanting to enjoy the eye candy and dealing with low flying planes going through buildings and trees. Why should the high end user have to lower their standard of play.
