I did my duty, tried the Alpha patch, gave up after 2 days of problems, sent in my logs and dumps, and now uninstalled the patched version going back to official on Steam...
I appreciate all the help and info given her,e, even though some of the disappointment came through from me, I appreciate the effort of all to make COD work.. but I can't help anymore,, I await a better patch.. hopefully in reasonable amount of time... whatever that is.. thanx,
