As in the devs have not given us the 'truth' thus far, aka the devs are lying.

Or would it be more likely that one of the mods took pity on you, and instead of banning you for calling the devs liars he only gave you 10 infraction points..

See to me (and I am sure others) the latter seems more reasonable.
