Well, no sh!t sherlock. That's what they were saying all along. Wow @ some people.

The only thing I even remotely think was said was finished as in "this is final" was Luthier's response to the way the tracers look. Other than that every single feature I remember seeing - even the pre-release trailer had a huge WIP labeled on it. I don't know what else to say other than wow.
