Need some help with Revoking...

Here is the situation, I installed the game on my pc, when I uninstalled it I didn't have and internet connection to revoke that copy that I installed( I believe a person can install it on 3 separate pc's but if you uninstalle it you have to revoke that install) so now I did copy the long key that it said I need to key in somewhere to revoke that copy. My question is where do I go if i want to revoke that copy or that specific installation so that I can keep the maximum installs? I installed it once then couldn't revoke the first one, installed it the second time now here I am.
