2650x1600 = 4,240,000 pixels
1920x1080 = 2,073,600 pixels
Only sli can save you Icaris at that res I fear.
If just to try some things, could you join us on coms(ts3) on the ATAG server?
We might be able to go over a few settings in real time just to make sure you cant get rid of the stuttering.
