Cannot create multiplayer game. "Connection to Steam lost, exiting"

Hey guys.

Im not able to create any multiplayer games. Iv'e tried to deactivate Avast and shut down the firewall in my router. Tried to find ports to forward but nothing helps.
Some sort of help would be nice..
