GTX 560ti 2Gb v 1Gb?

Thanks KG26- I ordered the 'Palit 560ti 2Gb' as it was availalable new from Amazon for just £174 (inc express delivery). I assume that it should perform well even though its not a GeForce.

The one I have installed is the ASUS 560ti 1GB which comes oc'd out of the box. I read a few reviews where the 2GB versions didn't show much gain over the 1GB but CloD seems to be the exception based on what I have read on the forum so went ahead anyway......

What is the correct installation procedure regards Driver installation when swapping Card using the same GFX chipset but different vendors and VRAM?

(I am guessing that I need to uninstall the current driver before swapping the card and re-installing from the supplied disc - followed by any Nvidea Drvr updates.)
