How do you set the camera's starting position?

What are the common techniques for
positioning the camera at the beginning of a mission?
I made a quick in game video,
and then added the "scenario" command,
then added the camera name.
It works when I start the mission in the editor,
but does not in the game.

Edit:
I looked at an official map, and it used the same technique.
It turns out that I needed a 0.1s delay before the "scenario" command.
