Question Game crash to desktop

Hello,

I describe my problem in English and in German, because my English is not perfect.

English: My brother gave me yesterday ToW 2 Africa 1943rd
The game is purchased new. The installation went flawlessly.
I wanted to play the tutorial, shortly before the game is loading,
closes the game and I'm back on the desktop.
The same happens when I try to play the campaign.
I've already tried that game to run in compatibility mode.
Neither WinXP SP 2 or SP 3 have worked.

Das Spiel ist neu gekauft. Die Installation ging einwandfrei.
Ich wollte das Tutorial spielen, kurz bevor das Spiel geladen hat,
schließt sich das Spiel und ich bin wieder auf dem Desktop.
Das gleiche passiert auch, wenn ich die Kampagne spielen möchte.
Ich habe schon versucht, dass Spiel im Kompatibilitätsmodus zu starten.
Weder WinXP SP 2 noch SP 3 haben funktioniert.
