How about a small weekly competition..

..involving a user screen shot of the week.
Each week people could enter their screenshot to the Moderator (who chooses to be the judge) who would then decide on the winner, and the winning screen shot is displayed until the next weeks winner when upon it is replaced.

I doubt we could ask for a small window on the main thread display to host the picture unless 1C felt generous so maybe a locked sticky that could be edited by the moderator to replace the picture.

Pictures of course would be sent using pm with a link to the download to keep a little suspense
Each week a theme could be created that entrants would have to stick to, Photoshop could be allowed only to enhance also.
