multiplayer

Hello, im new here so i'll just get to my question.

I got Off-Road Driving on steam and i got a serial key but nowhere to put it. just wondering if it is automatic or what, and also the multiplayer function doesn't work for me, was wondering if anybody else is having the same issues. thanks
