I find the Zuti MDS (Il2-1946) defaults to be satisfactory.

Repair engine = 90s
Repair flaps = 30s
Repair cockpit = 30s
Repair 1 x MG/cannon = 3s
Repair 1 x F/O tank = 20s
Repair cables = 15s
Refuel = 3s/kg
