You can still use the old editor but you would have to fix some game file like the localization.pak because is lock and you need to make a new one like a mod, only a experience modder should do this as to many mistake can happen if not done correctly.

Are you using AS Editor or the other one?
And are helicopters working in your editor?

Did you place it in the "mods" folder in MOW/MOWAS?
If you did, can you please make it downloadable at a site like MODDB? Thanks
