d3dx9_33.dll missing, HELP!

Hello,

I keep getting a miscalculation msg which says d3dx9_33.dll missing, once i opened several programs where a lot of them are from Kings Bounty. Attempted to fix the matter by downloading and installing the most recent DirectX 9, restarted my laptop though the same Error msg appeared after i tried employing a prog. again.

How do i Fix this problem?
