Please Help! Graphic Flickering, Screen Disoriented

Hello,

I just purchased the digital download for this game through Gamer's Gate and am not capable of running it on my system. When the game loads, the screen flickers horribly and is shifted partially off screen. I am running a Intel Pentium 2.6 ghz with Sandy Bridge, Intel Integrated Graphics 2000, 4gb ram. This system is capable of running newer games on medium settings, older games on high settings. I don't believe the hardware is not up to par.

Can anyone give me any pointers?
