how about made a bullet spin in its perpendicular to the velocity vector?

on this way going the upper surface faster again the wind than the bottom one it wouldnt fall and float thanks to our loved bernouilli

anyones knows if its been done? it would be a matter of making a spherical bullet just in contact with the bottom of the cannon
