performance

hi all,
i just wondered if is there any solution how to improve performance on CoD? i have suitable system requirements and so far i never had a game with so much problems like this one...so im really pissed!

and btw theres a bug where you get engine damage as soon as u hit "fly". im desperate...so please help! ty
