Code logged during massive FPS drop

Normally I rock around 80-120 fps. During both multiplayer and single missions, this occurs which results in dropping to around 10fps

It clears up after a bit but maybe this may help...

Asus P8P67 Deluxe Motherboard
Intek 2600k 3.4ghz quad core
8gig RAM ddr3 @ 1600mhz (COSAIR)
Asus 580gtx 1.5gig

All settings maxed, FULL screen
