Default Trains in England in Multiplay

I have made a mission to test phantom train spawning in England raildroad tracks ONLY

Nineteen trains of same type with one waypoint in various locations on Englands raildroad system. See jpg attached.

Mission checked in external views in FMB, Server/Player and through Client/Player connected to a dedicated server or a Server/Player.

ALL trains show and move properly when observed in FMB (play mission function) and when observed through external views in mission on a Server/player.

Trains DO NOT appear, just their smoke stack, and they are not moving when observed through external views on a client connected to either a Dedicated Server or Server/player. See second jpg attached. However ALL instances of 19 trains have a smoke stack appear.

Note:I have not noticed similar problem in France's railroad system but I have not done any extesive testing yet. So far any train on France side spawns and moves fine.
