Location of mod files.

Ok I am wondering where to put my KBAP mods that I had before getting Crossworlds. ok so that everyone understands what I am asking I want only the KBAP modded not ORCs. Basically when I choose the orriginal game from the menu I want to know where I need to store mods so it only affects the original game.
