Default PSU rating v GFX Card requirements?

Installed a GTX560ti and my PSU seems to get uncomfortably hot (maybe they do, not sure so thought it may be worth asking).

The PSU is a CiC 750W with two 12v 20A feeds. Looking at the way these separate 12V supplies are distributed from the PSU, it seems as though one is for the 12V 4pin connector on the Mobo (colour coded Yellow Black) and everything else (colour coded Yellow) runs of the other 20A supply including the 6pin PCI connector (and the 6pin PCI adaptor lead you get with the 560ti as it requires two PCI conx).

The 560ti runs at around 170W full load and the recommended supply rating is 500W with a 12V 30A supply but I'm unsure wether this refers to a single 12V supply that is used for everything including the Mobo or the total for both 12V supplies if more than one is available?

In a nutshell, is my PSU ok or do I need to replace as 12v @ 170W is around 13A so I do have a bit of headroom but no idea of the total draw on this supply?
