Guys running servers please do not enable this.

Anyone with a multi axis controller like the CH throttle quad will not be able to play on your server.

If there is just the tiny bit of noise in a couple axises the game thinks you are using them and will not allow you to do anything else.

This feature needs to be rethought as I don't believe there are any multi-axis controllers out there without some noise in them somewhere along the travel of the axis.
