i have stutters with this patch while running the black death track and i think i know the reason.
i have a gtx 570 with 1280mb of memory. i ran a program that monitors gpu memory usage and the games using pretty much all of it for most of the track. if i know the dam game was going to be such a gpu memory hog, i would of bought a 2 gig card.  oh well, i guess i have no choice but to tone down my settings some.
