Bf-110 weathering slider doesnt work in FMB

I can set the weathering for the Bf-110 C-7 in FMB but once I start the mission it resets and the 110 is brand spanking shiny new. Kinda sucks since I'm planning a 110 mini campaign where weathering would be essential.
