Pilots model, too much stiff/sitting back?

I know there are lot of stuff to fix more important than that.But i would like to know if someone has same impressions about pilot model in game.Not trying to discuss , position-size like has been discused before.
When i see the pilot sitting in his cockpit in Clod, i always feel like is not sitted in a relaxed way. It should lean forward more.
I must warn you that i work in 3d character modelling, so perhaps im being a bit fussy, but is very important to me.I have seen so many screeshots ruined by that.
