Game is Freezing up

I had no trouble with the game at first up untill I was told to fly of & fly a Spitfire. I now have no tracers in my gun belts, so I am flying blind when shooting & then the game freezes up in the first battle every time. I have Tryed the German side after this & the planes have the traces in the guns but the Game is still freezing up in either the 1st or 2nd Game. There was nothing going wrong when I was flying the Hurricans around at the start so what is it now Thanks Greg
