Men of Tides Help

Hi can anyone help.

Im on The fall of Niko mission, and i have to get a radio which i have done then get to a tall building to guide the artillery.

But not matter what i do i just cant seem to get my soilder to go up the stairs.(hard to see through the building also)

Am i doing something wrong
