Stupid game!

My PC Specs:

Intel i7 990X xtreme 3.46GHz
Gigabyte S1366 motherboard
6GB 3x2GB 1066 DDR3 Ram
Asus GeForce GTX 590 x2 (bogof - couldnt resist)
120GB PCi-E RevoDrive Solid State HDD

yet, I cannot play this freaking game in anything over medium graphics, wtf is up with this? I've tried all the fix's yet still nothing, this is worse than when Black Ops was released, atleast I could play that on everything tuned right up + with 3D and no darn stutter, yet it was "bugged to hell".

anyone other than 1C have any better solutions to this game, because they cant seem to provide proper working solutions, and just go from user posted fixs.
