Same Problems

I have the F60 Qosmio with the GT 330M and i have the same problems on start up and no graphics althoughI have sound! Not being a computer type how do you go and do the file start thing from with the C drive?
please help!

Been waiting ages for this game and assumed as bought laptop last year and was told it was a great buy that iy would work!!!
