64bit... 64bit?

I've seen a lot of people asking and asking and asking whether or not this game is 64bit. Well, I will tell you now

Evidence:
I have 6GB of RAM
Set the game to very high
Look at my Logitech G15 CPU/RAM display

79% Ram used over london which is 4.74GB of 6GB

27% for windows which is 1.62GB

4.74GB - 1.62GB = 3.12GB Which is the limit that a 32Bit gives the user.

Based on that alone, I think the game is CAPPED at that not necessarily a 32bit program.
Your thoughts?
