No Customize Button

Hi guys ive only been practising my Cold Start's, takeoff & landing, i didnt even bother trying to equip any bombs till now and realised i cant equip or change anything as i cant find the Customize button. I went into FMB and i also cant equip any bombs in there

, heres a screeny...
