A programmers nightmare...

Having worked as a programmer in many big IT-projects I can understand how much stress they have been under the last weeks/months. There is a bunch of programmers in Moscow now that are in a desperate need of vacation, but they have to go on. I can imagine that the lead optimization guy that Luthier mentioned was sick for the third day in a row last week did not have a simple flu, but probably was burnt out. Poor bastards, I've been there and know what it feels like working 16-20 hour ago day for weeks to get some system running that some manager forced you to release while it was not done yet... You work your ass off but you only get negative feedback from all corners. I hope you manage to have a laugh internally at times to keep the spirit up!

Maybe we should put up a paypal account for the party they should have on us when they have on us when they are done...
