Russian And American Version

I dont Care that the Menu's are in Russian.
I would Gladly buy BOTH Versions! The Reason I havent and Im guessing the reason so many others havent is they dont want to pork Steam.
I've purchased quite a few russian games latley, and turned around and got the USA version IF it was released in the USA. With this game useing Steam I cant do that without making another steam account? I have a Yuplay account because of WOP and could buy me some Yums(thanks to the guy who pointed out that doing that and then just switching to the russian websight makes it easy to Buy).
Ive been Digging through these threads hopeing somone could come up with a way to install Both on my main Steam account but it looks like its not possible.

I dont post Often, but I am SO excited, like the rest of ya, that I was hoping someone can find a workaround. Most of the guys that have got it working are in the UK? I'm sitting In Dallas,Texas and wasnt sure if its possible to make a International Steam Install.

I only have 3 weeks left but I WANT to buy Both without Maybe getting banned or porking my Steam install. Any help is GREATLY Appreciated!!
